Our Program

ACSA, in partnership with the Health Education and Research Centre (HERC), facilitates the Enrolled Nursing Training Program for people currently working in the Aged Services Sector who are looking to go down the career pathway of becoming an Enrolled Nurse.  We see this an opportunity for organisations to recognise and reward employees who have been identified as a ‘right fit’ candidate for the role of Enrolled Nurse.

Registered and Enrolled nurses are the oldest component of our workforce and with 50% of our workforce retiring in the next few years this qualification provides a pathway for upskilling and reskilling our current workforce into these vital roles.

Currently only being offered in Tasmania through funding by the Department of State Growth.
