Home Care Workforce Support Program
The Home Care Workforce Support Program (HCWSP) is an Australian Government initiative with a focus on strengthening the home care workforce, ultimately helping older people live at home for longer.
Funded by the Australian Government, the Home Care Workforce Support Program will provide targeted support in Victoria and Tasmania to assist the aged care sector to increase the size of the personal care workforce by 13,000 people.
For Career Seekers
The program is welcoming all applicants with or without a background in aged care for the personal care worker and domestic assistance roles.
Enrolled Nursing and Allied Health Professional roles are also available to those with the right experience and/or credentials and qualifications.
All jobs are located in Victoria and Tasmania.
Through the Home Care Careers portal, we will connect you with employers looking for personal care workers, enrolled nurses and allied health professionals.

For Home Care Providers
ACCPA together with Human Services Skills Organisation, PowerHouse Hub and MEGT Australia are assisting home care providers in VIC and TAS to attract, train and retain new personal care workers, allied health assistants, and enrolled nurses.
Register as a provider to start connecting with candidates for allied health assistant, enrolled nursing and personal care worker positions.
