Ross Bell – Director, Care Source
Ross is the founding Director of Care Source which for 12 years has provided HR services to clients in the Aged, Community and Social Care sectors.  A key focus of their work is assisting providers to stabilise their frontline workforce, arming them with the ability to identify effective staff, based on job fit – looking beyond work experience to identify critical soft skills.

Marleen Galligan – Manager Product & Support, Care Advantage
Marleen has over 15 years’ work experience in Human Resources in a variety of organisations both nationally and internationally. Now her focus is on supporting the care sector finding and keeping the right staff with the help of psychometric and sector specific tools.

Neil Eastwood  – Founder & CEO, Care Friends
A UK-based international speaker, Neil is on the frontline of social care recruitment and retention and the author of ‘Saving Social Care’. He was also an advisor to the Department of Health and Social Care on their 2019 National Recruitment Campaign.  He is founder and CEO of a new EU-funded start-up, Care Friends, an employee referral app for care staff. Neil has spent many years studying the best workforce practices of social care organisations around the world. Previously he was a director at a 10,000-staff care provider.
